Focusing Your Mind
For the next 29 days, we will focus on scripture that focuses our minds on the positive and not the negative.
Our verse for today is 1 Peter 5:8 NLV
Keep awake! Watch at all times. The devil is working against you. He is walking around like a hungry lion with his mouth open. He is looking for someone to eat.
This verse may seem scary and harsh. The reality is not something we want to hear about but it can help us protect our hearts and minds. It is important to keep our minds awake and alert as to what is happening around us and to us. We need to make sure we are not letting lies or harmful things captivate our minds.
